The choice (and luxury of being able to choose) an away from home place to sleep. We usually go for the clean, breakfast included type places, possibly with a view.
Upon some recent searches...when going to meet family for a weekend...and weighing more fun options, I've come across a gamet of choices.
I found a hotel that has a Robot who will deliver to your room. Makes you want to forget your toothbrush, just to see this.
Views....
- golf course view
- ocean view
- partial ocean view
- garden view (means non- ocean view)
- resort view (means No view)
- pool view (nice if you like to look at people in the pool and don't know how to swim
- city view (must be in a city)
- lake view
Location...
- beach front
- near the beach (what is considered near?)
- close to Outlet malls (do people still go to these?)
So you get my drift. We have the luxury of choosing what kind of cozy or non cozy ambience we'd like to have. If I pay over a certain amount...I'd like an ocean view and a robot, please.
Resort fee: This should just be put into the rate. It's like paying for baggage on a flight. Just add it to the airfare...and we won't feel like we're paying extra. I'll let them know.
Parking: Same thing. It should be included...unless you want valet. Valet is worth it, 100%. I love going for long walks...but not to park my car. Again...it's location.
I just found out that my family recently stayed where they have a view of an animal kingdom. Whoa!! Now, hold your horses!! We gotta talk about this one!! Is breakfast included?
