Finely Chopped Slices # 237823 Birthday Slice

Well here it is my pre birthday day. I'm feeling quite the lack of phone calls today. I understand that folks will call me tomorrow and relish my sisterness, friendness, daughterness, nieceness, cousinness, etc. I'd mention wifeness but I've already spoken to hubby about the severely silent telephone. I'm looking at the digital crimson zero for "messages" on my home phone (yes, I still have one). It's NOT ringing. I guess people must save up to talk to me tomorrow. They want to make sure they got "stuff" to say. Ya know, more than just "Happy Birthday" and "You're how old?" and such. A thought: maybe I'm not the center of their universe? What?!!!! Just because my outgoing message has read for the recent two weeks that I'm registered at World Market and Ross doesn't mean that I'm self centered. Huh. It's so silent tonight. We got our garage door opener fixed tonight. I'm not a mechanic, but I did mention to Bill that it was making funny noises a few days ago. Now I'm thinking we should've just let it keep making those noises as to not heare the non rings of our telephone, my birthday calls or better yet, surprise visits from family, suprise party? Come on' people!!!! Just kidding. I'm thrilled to have our garage door opener fixed and tomorrow I'll be quite busy. Yeah. Real busy.
